Official Club Rules

To maintain a high standard of quality and sportsmanship within our community, all members must adhere to the following participation guidelines. First and foremost, all photographs submitted to the Online Photo Club must be the original work of the member. Plagiarism or the submission of AI-generated imagery is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from any active contests. We welcome images from all types of equipment, ranging from professional DSLRs to mobile devices, provided they meet our technical requirements. Members are encouraged to provide constructive and respectful feedback to others. Harassment or derogatory comments regarding another member's skill level or equipment will not be tolerated. Our goal is to foster a safe, creative environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their unique perspective on the world.

When preparing your images for submission, please follow our specific technical formatting rules to ensure your work displays correctly on our voting platform. All files must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format, and individual file sizes should not exceed five megabytes to ensure fast loading times for our judges and community voters. While basic post-processing such as color correction, cropping, and sharpening is allowed, excessive digital manipulation that alters the fundamental reality of the scene is discouraged unless specifically allowed in a "Creative Edit" category. Each member may submit one photograph per category each month. Please ensure that your filenames include your member ID and the category name. Submissions that do not meet these criteria or are submitted after the monthly deadline will unfortunately not be considered for the current voting cycle.
